We transfer regular 8mm, super 8mm, super 8mm sound, 16mm silent and 16mm sound film to DVD and digital files
We were the first company to perfect the transfer of movie film to DVD in the Cleveland area.
We do not first transfer the film to tape and then go to DVD.
All film is transferred through a Broadcast Video processor(controlling brightness, constrast, color, hue)and then into a non linear editing computer. The unwanted over and under exposed portions of the film is then elimated from the final product. We also take requests such as eliminate all scenes with camera out the car window where the scenes seem to go by at a hundred miles an hour.) Titles and appropriate music is added.
Customer then has choice of final production on 8mm digital or minidv for a master and used for their own personnel editing computer or produced on a DVD for easy playing and subject search. Customer can also choose to have movies converted to mpg2,mpg4 files for editing or archival.
